Return and exchange policy
1- Goods sold are not returned or exchanged, unless as follows:
– If there was a mistake in the order from us, the institution shall bear the shipping costs of returning and sending the new order without the customer incurring any costs
– If the order is correct, based on the customer’s request, the customer shall bear all shipping costs to the store’s headquarters from returning and retrieving the order, as a maximum of 2 days from receiving the order and notifying us of that.
2. The customer is not entitled to a return or replacement at all in the event that there are no damages to the product
All products are checked before they leave the store
3. If the request is approved through one of the contact numbers shown, the return or exchange policy mentioned above will apply to it
4. The order is shipped after the transfer within one day only
5. In the event that the order is canceled before sending the order, the full amount will be refunded to the customer through his account from which the transfer was made
